Born in Uganda and forced to flee to India, Shri Abhay Bharadwaj joined the legal profession out of necessity and built an empire out of discipline. He began his practice in Rajkot city before the subordinate courts in the year 1980. Over a period of 45 years, he trained more than 250 lawyers who presently serve as District Judges, High Court and Supreme Court advocates and Public Prosecutors across India. Shri Abhay Bharadwaj played a significant role in legal matters, including the Gulbarg Society Massacre pro bono case, Special Public Prosecutor roles, and the Shrikant Madi triple murder case, securing the first death sentence in Saurashtra. He was nominated to the 21st Law Commission in 2016 and was later elected as a member of the Rajya Sabha in 2020. He passed away on 1st December 2020; nevertheless, his legacy continues.

Mr. Ansh Bharadwaj pursued his BBA LLB (Hons) from O.P. Jindal Global University and completed his post-graduation in Leadership, Politics, and Governance from the Indian Institute of Democratic Leadership. Later, he worked closely with BJP National General Secretary Shri Tarun Chugh and ICCR Chairman Shri Vinay Sahasrabuddhe in Delhi. Returning to Rajkot, he joined his father's chambers and assisted in the Gulbarg Society Massacre case. After his father's passing, he assumed leadership of the ABHAY BHARADWAJ & ASSOCIATES. He was involved in high-profile matters, including the Liliya double murder case, the Rajmoti Industries custodial death case, the Kandhal Jadeja judicial custody case and a criminal defamation matter for former Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani. He has also served as the Convenor of Rajkot City BJP Legal Cell. Currently, he leads a legal team of 50+ lawyers from his Rajkot office.
